Sephora

My flight to San Francisco was schedule to leave at 5:55 pm on Sunday but we sat on the runway for 2 hours before taking off, which wasn’t all bad. Actually, I viewed it as a gift of time without a cell phone, blackberry, husband, kids or dog. The SPA at Elbow Beach, Bermuda

My initials are ST and when The Spa at Elbow Beach promised to transport me to a place where Stress and Tension melt away, I knew they were speaking directly to me http://www.mandarinoriental.com/bermuda/spa . This past week there was a patient who stands out in my mind, with a challenging disorder of pigmentation.F.R. is a 47 year old woman with a 10 year history of adult acne. NBC Today Show

After selecting a white Armani suit and tan Manolo shoes, I finished packing my bag and headed for the train station. The Today segment that I would be on Saturday morning was called a whip. A “whip” is a segment where there is one theme and several experts discuss different aspects of the designated topic. The topic that we would be discussing was Summer Safety. There were three experts to discuss different aspects of Summer Safety including Water Safety, Yard Safety and Skin Safety....

The Actress

Friday afternoon I was running a few errands with my youngest daughter in our neighborhood. I didn’t have much time because I had to get ready to take the train to NYC. I was scheduled to discuss “Summer Skin Safety” on NBC Today Show on Saturday and the show asks you to come up to NYC the night before. I was thinking about what I needed to throw into my suitcase when my administrative assistant called. An actress in a movie, which was being shot in Philadelphia, was having a...
